This EULA governs youraccess to and use of the Website and the services offered thereon, includingthe ability to connect your crypto wallet to stake NFTs and tokens for stakingrewards (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Website or Services, youacknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the termsand conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, you may notaccess or use the Website or Services.
The Website allows Users to connect their compatiblecrypto wallets to stake supported NFTs and tokens and earn staking rewards. TheCompany does not hold custody of your crypto assets or NFTs. Staking rewardsare generated through the underlying blockchain protocols and networks and mayvary depending on factors beyond the Company's control.
The Website currently supports connections with thefollowing crypto wallets (subject to change):
- MetaMask·
- Trust Wallet
In addition to the above,wallets that support ERC20 and are compatible with WalletConnect.
The Company is not responsible for any issues arisingfrom the use of unsupported wallets.
You represent and warrant that:
- You are of legal age to enter into this EULA.
- You are the sole owner of the crypto assets and NFTs you connect to the Website.
- You are solely responsible for any tax liabilities associated with staking rewards.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction when using the Services.
Staking crypto assets and NFTs involves inherent risks,including:
- Market Volatility: The value of your staked crypto assets and NFTs may fluctuate significantly.
- Smart Contract Risk: The staking functionality relies on smart contracts, which are susceptible to bugs and vulnerabilities.
- Technical Risks: The Website and underlying blockchain networks may experience technical disruptions.
The Website and Services are provided "as is"and without warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory. The Companydisclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties ofmerchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement,security, or accuracy.
The Company will not be liable for any damages arisingout of or related to your use of the Website or Services, including but notlimited to:
- Loss of principal
- Lost profits
- Business interruption
- Personal injury or death
- Any other direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
The Website and its content, including all text,graphics, logos, trademarks, and service marks, are the property of the Companyor its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual propertylaws.

This EULA shall be governed by and construed inaccordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to itsconflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to thisEULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located inthe United Arab Emirates.
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between youand the Company regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior orcontemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral orwritten.
The Company may amend this EULA at any time by postingthe amended terms on the Website. Your continued use of the Website or Servicesfollowing the posting of amended terms will constitute your acceptance of theamended EULA.
If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid orunenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisionsshall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver by the Company of any breach of this EULA shallbe deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.
